We set the limit
The desk approves or declines the application and sets a credit limit. You'll see the decision in the portal.
Book on account
Approved customers can charge a quoted job to the account, as long as it stays inside the limit. Everyone else pays by card.
Invoices in one place
Each job has an invoice. A later phase can push those invoices into Xero — the connection is ready, and stays off until keys are added.
